The film Aakkam is a story about the guy Sokku and his childhood gang does the criminal activities want to reach out for a position as a Don in the city, Sokku mother who encourage him and even she is a drug dealer, her dream is to that Sokku want to become as a rowdy among the society. In the situation, a young girl blindly keeps love affair with Sokku and without getting married she gives birth to a baby.
